By using this site, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. During registration, clicking “Create CV” confirms acceptance. If you do not agree, you cannot use the site or its services.
5. Services
CV4Students may change, modify, or update site materials, tools, or services without prior notice. Additionally, we may suspend or discontinue any part of our services temporarily or permanently at our discretion.
6. User Access and Usage Rules
6.1 Legal Responsibility for Content
Users must ensure that all information and documents comply with legal standards. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of personal data or materials you include. Content violating laws, including copyright, is strictly prohibited.
6.2 Account Registration and Termination
Registered users are granted a personal license to access site features. If using email and password for access, users can reset their credentials via the “Forgot Password” link, users may also delete their accounts at any time, and upon deletion, all related data will be permanently removed from our databases. CV4Students is not liable for any data loss from account termination.

CV4Students.com does not guarantee uninterrupted access to site services or content as the site functionality is dependent on external factors; therefore, we cannot guarantee constant site availability or data integrity. Users engage with site services at their own risk.

Payments and Refunds
8. Payments
Service fees are clearly displayed on the website. Therefore, payments are due at the time of purchase and are securely processed through selected providers.
9. Refund Policy
Refunds are generally available after purchase but only before the CV writing process begins. Once the service has started—specifically, after the CV questionnaire has been started or submitted—refunds will not be provided to ensure fairness to both parties. To clarify, refunds will not be issued if the service has already commenced. Specifically, once the CV questionnaire is submitted, the service is considered started, and no refunds will apply.
10. User Responsibilities
To ensure smooth service delivery, users must provide accurate and complete information. Otherwise, CV4Students cannot be held responsible for issues arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by users.
11. Ownership of Content
All content created by CV4Students initially remains our intellectual property. Once full payment is received, however, ownership is immediately transferred to the client. Consequently, clients gain full rights to the content after completing their payment.
12. License
Users may download available content from CV4Students.com strictly for personal, non-commercial use. Redistribution or commercial use of any downloaded materials is prohibited.
13. Disclaimers
CV4Students makes no guarantee regarding employment opportunities resulting from our services.
We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from errors, omissions, or the use of site services or materials.

To ensure a fair and transparent agreement between CV4Students.com and our clients, we outline the following expectations and limitations of our services.
1. No Guarantee of Employment or Interviews
While our CVs are designed to enhance job search success, CV4Students.com does not and cannot guarantee employment or interviews. Hiring decisions depend on multiple factors beyond our control, including:
- Industry demand and job market conditions
- Employer preferences and recruitment processes
- Applicant competition and qualifications
- Networking efforts and interview performance
Our commitment is to provide professionally written, tailored, and optimized CVs to maximize your chances of securing interviews.
2. Interview Guarantee – Free Revisions Over Four Months
With our Interview Guarantee, if you’re not receiving interview opportunities, we’ll review, refine, and rewrite your CV as needed—at no extra cost for four months.
Terms of the Interview Guarantee:
- We guarantee a minimum of 4 rewrites during this period, spaced four weeks apart—allowing three weeks for applications and feedback, followed by one week for revision and updates.
- We do not limit the number of revisions—instead, we focus on meaningful improvements based on job market trends, your application results, and employer feedback.
- Review your CV to ensure it meets industry standards and best practices.
- Refine and rewrite your CV to better align with job market trends.
- Provide feedback and job search guidance to improve your application strategy.
Eligibility for the Interview Guarantee:
- Clients must request any reviews within the four-month period. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for the Interview Guarantee.
- Clients must allow a minimum of three weeks between revision requests to give them time to apply for jobs and assess results before requesting another update.
- The guarantee applies only to revisions within the same job scope as the original CV.
3. Client Responsibilities
To maximize results, clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete information when requesting CV services.
- Applying to positions suited to their skills, experience, and qualifications.
- Using effective job search strategies, including networking and interview preparation.
Failure to meet these responsibilities may impact the effectiveness of the CV and the applicability of the Interview Guarantee.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CV4Students.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages resulting from the use of our CV writing services, including:
- Missed job opportunities or unsuccessful applications
- Hiring decisions made by employers
- Loss of income or career progression delays
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the CV writing service. We make no express or implied warranties beyond what is explicitly stated in these terms.
Refund Policy:
- Refunds are generally available after purchase but only before the CV writing process begins.
- Once the service has started—specifically, after the CV questionnaire has been started or submitted—refunds will not be provided to ensure fairness to both parties.
- Instead of a refund, we are committed to working with you to refine and enhance your CV to achieve the best possible results.
